Digital Products
Digital products may include SVG files, PNG files, printables, digital bundles, PDF files, JPG files, or other downloadable items. After purchase, digital products may be delivered through a PDF file containing a Google Drive link to access the purchased file or files.
No physical item will be shipped for digital products.
You are responsible for downloading and saving your purchased files after receiving access. If you have trouble accessing your files, please contact me so I can help resolve the issue.
License and Digital File Use
All purchased digital files include commercial use for finished physical products. This means you may use the files to create and sell physical items such as shirts, cups, tumblers, signs, stickers, decals, bags, gifts, home décor, and other finished products.
You may not resell, share, copy, transfer, give away, upload, or distribute the original digital files in any form.
You may not sell the files as-is or as part of another digital bundle.
You may not edit, trace, redraw, modify, or convert the files and resell them as a new digital design.
You may not claim the digital files or artwork as your own.
You may not use the designs to create digital products for resale, including SVG files, PNG files, clipart, printable files, digital paper, seamless pattern files, embroidery files, or other downloadable products.
Print-On-Demand Use
You may use purchased digital files on finished physical products through a print-on-demand service, as long as the digital file itself is not shared, resold, uploaded for public access, or made available for others to download.
You are responsible for making sure the platform or production partner you use does not allow others to access, download, copy, or purchase the original digital file.
Physical Products
Physical products may be handmade, made to order, or fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand production partner. Processing times, production methods, and shipping times may vary by product.
Please review each product description before purchasing. Some physical items may ship separately if they are made or fulfilled by different production methods or partners.
Custom and Personalized Products
Custom and personalized items are created based on the information provided by the customer. Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.
Ouachita Design Company is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect information submitted by the customer, including misspellings, wrong names, wrong dates, incorrect colors, or incorrect details.
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
