Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Ouachita Design Company. Please review the shipping policy below before placing an order.
Digital Products
Digital products are not shipped. If you purchase a digital item, you will receive a PDF file after checkout. That PDF will include a Google Drive link where you can access and download your purchased file or files.
No physical product will be mailed for digital downloads, SVG files, PNG files, printables, digital bundles, or other download-only items.
If you have trouble accessing your digital files, please contact me through the contact form on the website.
Physical Products
Shipping times for physical products may vary depending on the item. Some products are handmade by me, while others are made to order or fulfilled through a print-on-demand production partner.
Please review each product description for details about processing time, production method, and shipping information.
Processing Times
Processing time is the amount of time needed to prepare, create, or send an item to production before it ships.
Handmade items may require additional time to create before shipping. Print-on-demand items are made after the order is placed, so they may also require production time before shipment.
Processing times may vary by product and will be listed in the product description whenever possible.
Print-On-Demand Products
Some physical products are fulfilled through a third-party print-on-demand production partner. These items are made to order and shipped directly from the production partner to the customer.
Because print-on-demand products are made and shipped by a third party, shipping times, tracking updates, and delivery dates may vary.
Multiple Item Orders
If your order includes multiple physical items, they may not all ship together. Items made by different production methods or different fulfillment partners may ship separately and arrive at different times.
Shipping Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Ouachita Design Company is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact me as soon as possible. Address changes may not be possible once an item has started production or shipped.
Shipping Delays
Shipping delays may happen due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, high order volume, production delays, or other circumstances outside of my control.
I will do my best to help with shipping concerns, but once an order has been shipped, delivery timing is handled by the shipping carrier.
Lost, Stolen, or Delivered Packages
If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with your local post office or shipping carrier first. You may also want to check with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, or other nearby locations where the package may have been placed.
Ouachita Design Company is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, but please contact me if you need help reviewing the issue.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your physical item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days from the date of delivery. Include your order information and photos of the issue so I can review the problem and help find a solution.
