Thank you for shopping with Ouachita Design Company. Please review the refund policy below before placing an order. Because our shop offers digital downloads, handmade products, custom items, and print-on-demand products, refund and return options may vary by item.
Digital Products
All digital product sales are final once the files have been delivered. Digital items include downloads such as SVG files, PNG files, printables, digital bundles, and any other download-only products.
After purchase, digital items are delivered through a PDF file that includes a Google Drive link to access the purchased file or files. Because digital products cannot be physically returned, refunds are generally not available for digital purchases.
If there is an issue with your download, such as a broken link, missing file, incorrect file, or trouble accessing your Google Drive link, please contact me so I can help resolve the issue.
Physical Products
Physical product return options may vary depending on the item. Some products are made by me, while others are made to order or fulfilled through a print-on-demand production partner.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact me within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please include your order information and photos of the issue so I can review the problem and help find a solution.
Returns, replacements, or refunds may be offered depending on the situation.
Print-On-Demand Products
Print-on-demand products are made to order through a production partner. Because these items are created specifically after an order is placed, they are generally not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
If there is a problem with a print-on-demand item, please contact me within 14 days from the date of delivery with your order information and photos of the issue.
Custom or Personalized Items
Custom and personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review all customization details carefully before placing your order.
If there is an issue with a custom or personalized item, please contact me within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Cancellations
Digital orders usually cannot be canceled once the digital file or download link has been delivered.
Physical product cancellations may be accepted if the item has not been started, sent to production, or shipped. If you need to request a cancellation, please contact me as soon as possible.
Once an item has started production, been made, or shipped, the order may no longer be eligible for cancellation.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs depend on the situation. If a return is approved, I will provide instructions and let you know whether return shipping is the customer’s responsibility or will be covered.
Please do not send any items back without contacting me first.
