Thank you for purchasing from Ouachita Design Company. Please review the license terms below before using any digital files.
Commercial Use Included
All digital files purchased from Ouachita Design Company include commercial use for finished physical products. This means you may use the purchased designs to create and sell physical items such as shirts, cups, tumblers, signs, stickers, decals, bags, gifts, home décor, and other finished products.
You do not need to purchase an additional commercial license for finished physical products unless a specific listing states otherwise.
Personal Use
You may use purchased files for personal projects, gifts, crafts, décor, and other non-commercial uses.
What You Can Do
You may use purchased designs to create finished physical products for yourself, your business, or your customers.
You may sell finished physical products made with the designs.
You may resize, recolor, or adjust the design as needed for your finished physical product.
You may use a print shop or production partner to create finished physical items, as long as the original digital file is not shared, resold, uploaded for public access, or made available for others to download.
What You Can Not Do
You may not resell, share, copy, transfer, give away, or distribute the digital files in any form.
You may not upload the files to digital marketplaces, file-sharing websites, design websites, or social media groups for others to download.
You may not sell the files as-is or as part of another digital bundle.
You may not edit, trace, redraw, modify, or convert the files and resell them as a new digital design.
You may not claim the digital files or artwork as your own.
You may not use the designs to create digital products for resale, including SVG files, PNG files, clipart, printable files, digital paper, seamless pattern files, embroidery files, or other downloadable products.
Print-On-Demand Use
You may use purchased designs on finished physical products through a print-on-demand service, as long as the design is used only to create a physical item and the digital file is not made available for download, resale, or public use.
You are responsible for making sure the print-on-demand platform you use does not allow others to access, download, copy, or purchase the original digital file.
Transfers and Sharing
Each purchase is for the buyer’s use only. Files may not be shared with another person, business, employee, contractor, or third party unless they are helping produce a finished physical product for your order and do not keep, reuse, or redistribute the file.
Trademarks and Copyright
Ouachita Design Company does not guarantee that any phrase, image, design, or element is free from trademark or copyright restrictions for every possible use.
Buyers are responsible for checking trademark and copyright rules for their own products, business, and selling platform before creating or selling finished items.
Refunds on Digital Files
Because digital files are delivered after purchase, digital products are generally not eligible for refunds. If there is an issue with your file, download link, or included formats, please contact me so I can help resolve the problem.
